Dr. Dana Graham

Dr. Dana Graham serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction. Dana oversees all administrative operations, supervises non-attorney personnel, and manages the firm’s key operating and information systems. She is instrumental in overseeing the firm’s financial functions, marketing strategies, client development activities, and the maintenance and supervision of facilities. Her leadership ensures the firm executes its vision and business plans with efficiency and innovation.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Dana is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and leads all aspects of HR strategy in partnership with the firm’s PEO. She develops and implements people-focused initiatives that strengthen retention, performance, and compliance, while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration across the firm.

Residing in Boulder, Colorado, Dana is a devoted mother to two sons. She enjoys watching their lacrosse games and participating in community and social events, which keeps her grounded and energizes her commitment to excellence both professionally and personally.
