Oliver P. Maguire

Oliver is an experience trial attorney, who has represented clients in courtrooms across the country. Licensed to practice in Kanas, Missouri, and several federal districts, Oliver has represented individuals, small businesses, large corporations, and insurance carriers in a wide variety of matters, such as landlord tenant disputes, unlawful detainers, breach of contract, copyright infringement, and auto accidents. From initial evaluation to appellate briefing, Oliver is experienced in all stages of litigation.

Oliver began practicing law in southwest Missouri, handling corporate matters and civil litigation in a largely rural setting. Oliver then moved his practice to the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, joining a multi-office, multi-state law firm. Practicing from Overland Park, Kansas, Oliver gained valuable insight into the operation of the distinct Kansas and Missouri court systems. In 2022, Oliver joined Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC, practicing in its Kansas City, Missouri office. Oliver continues to provide excellent representation to his clients on both sides of the state line.

Outside of the office, Oliver enjoys spending time with his wife and three small children. On the weekends, you can see Oliver volunteering at Holy Trinity Catholic Church or watching a baseball game at Kauffman Stadium with his family.
