Anthony Nicastro is the office manager for our Billings, Montana office.

Anthony's practice is concentrated in the field of transportation defense, professional responsibility, and general civil litigation. His transportation practice includes insurance defense work and defending railroads of various classes under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), crossing accidents, contract disputes and adjudication of land rights. His practice also includes representing construction clients in contract disputes and handling disciplinary matters before the Attorney Regulation Counsel in Colorado. He has experience in all aspects of civil litigation including jury trials and trials before the court. In one of his first trials as a civil litigator, Anthony obtained a verdict for a construction client where the court awarded full damages plus costs and attorney fees. Anthony began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney where he earned an impressive trial record, litigating more than 30 jury trials and obtaining seven life sentences.
