Marc Pawlus

Marc Pawlus is a litigator who successfully represents clients in high-stakes litigation. He handles a wide variety of matters in both state and federal courts, including transportation, railroad, non-compete, non-solicitation and trade secret litigation, injunctions, and closely-held shareholder disputes. He also has extensive experience in counseling and representing parties in asset valuation and division.

A Chicago native, Marc attended college and law school in Wisconsin and is an avid Chicago and Badger sports fan. In addition, he enjoys spending time with his family, competitive swimming, cooking and golfing.
