Knight Nicastro is excited to welcome Dylan McFarland as an attorney in the firm’s Missoula, Montana office. McFarland brings extensive experience handling complex civil litigation and is a revered member of the community, having played collegiate football for the University of Montana. McFarland joining Knight Nicastro continues the firm’s recent growth in the Northwest, following the additions former Senior General Attorney for BNSF Railway James Roberts, and former Assistant United States Attorney Adam Duerk earlier this year.

McFarland’s practice focuses on a wide-range complex litigation including medical and professional malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, construction litigation and property disputes. Additionally, he has substantial experience handling lawsuits and disputes regarding insurance coverage. He has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and argued motions before state and federal district courts.
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Montana where he was a member of the 2001 National Championship football team, a team captain, All-American and was voted Most Valuable Player. Prior to attending law school, McFarland played professional football for the Buffalo Bills.
