KNM is proud to announce that Rich Tomich and Phil Raine have been promoted to Member and Mallory Sanzeri and Pat Allegri have been promoted to Senior Attorney.
Rich is an experienced attorney based out of our Peoria, IL office. Rich focuses on transportation law and railroad defense and has been designated as an “Emerging Lawyer” in Illinois. He has been instrumental on several trial teams and in leading the Peoria office.
Phil is based out of our Kansas City, MO office. Phil focuses on civil defense litigation, particularly in consumer complaint litigation and high-stakes personal injury claims. Phil frequently presents CLE courses locally and nationally, and has first chair experience in arbitrations and trials.
Mallory is based out of Chicago, IL office. Mallory focuses on transportation law, FELA liability, and products liability cases. She has tried over 20 jury trials in Illinois state court to verdict and is active on several judicial evaluation committees in the Chicago area.
Pat is based out of our Kansas City, MO office. Pat focuses on civil defense litigation and insurance coverage issues. Prior to joining KNM, Pat was in-house counsel for an insurance company and brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience on both sides of the insurance defense relationship.
