Dr. Dana Knight-Reyes is the chief operating officer (COO) at Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC, assisting the board of managers in developing, planning, and executing the vision and business plan of the firm. On a daily basis, Dana manages the administrative operations of the firm, including supervising all nonattorney personnel; managing the firm’s operating and information systems; overseeing the firm’s finance functions; assisting in the marketing of the firm’s legal services and client development activities; and evaluating, managing and supervising the facilities of the firm.
Dr. Knight-Reyes has a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership coupled with diverse work experience serving high-performing organizations as a professional development coach and organizational development consultant. Dana brings a fresh outlook and innovative mindset particularly in the areas of organizational change and maximizing human potential.
Dana is a mother of two and resides in Boulder, Colorado. Her favorite hobbies are watching her sons play lacrosse and cycling.
