Richard T. Sikes, Jr. is a partner in the Litigation practice group and areas of focus include: Complex Disputes, Intellectual Property Litigation, Occupational Disease, Products Liability, and Railroad Law.

Mr. Sikes joined the firm after having served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Cook County, Illinois, for eight years. As an Assistant State's Attorney, Mr. Sikes completed briefs and presented oral argument in four cases before the Illinois Supreme Court. He prosecuted 49 felony jury cases, including several capital cases, and retired as Deputy Supervisor of the Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Unit.
