Anthony M. Nicastro

Anthony's practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, transportation defense, family law, and landlord-tenant law. His transportation practice includes defending railroads of various classes under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), crossing accidents, contract disputes, and employment-related disputes. Outside of his transportation practice, he also represents clients involved in contract disputes, construction defect matters, employment matters, family law issues, landlord/tenant disputes, and asbestos litigation claims. He also represents individuals in personal injury matters.

He has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including jury and bench trials. Anthony began his legal career in 2005 as an Assistant District Attorney, where he quickly gained courtroom experience by trying more than 30 felony jury trials. In 2008, he transitioned his practice to civil litigation, where he continued to try cases.

When he is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in a variety of outdoor activities offered in Montana.
